"Cancelled policy on 12/12/2025, a month later still have not received my refund check. Policy was not completed as cancelled until January 6, 2006, per State Farm Corporate Office. Called local office in to inquire and was informed that they had previous address listed on my account and the check was sent there. They stopped payment and are now issuing me another check. So another 7-14 business days. That will make near to 2 months since I cancelled my policy - the same day as I started. Did not use their service. it is taking 2 months to refund me. 2 month in conscience for me- permanent customer lost!"

"I recently visited the State Farm office in Alma, Michigan, after calling a week prior about my Drive Safe discount. I was told the drive safe beacon had been delivered and simply “never activated,” even though I never received it in the first place. When I asked how to fix this and ensure my discount was applied for the month, Jeremiah instructed me to drive to the Alma office in person to pick up a beacon instead of waiting for another one to arrive by mail — and assured me my discount would be taken care of. I drove all the way from Mount Pleasant to Alma solely to resolve this, only to be told upon arrival that the discount would not be applied after all. Jeremiah appeared to deliberately avoid the situation by pretending to be on the phone the entire time I was in the office, leaving the other staff to tell me that “there’s nothing they can do.” This experience was extremely unprofessional. I wasted my time, gas, and patience due to misinformation I was given by their own representative. Customers deserve honesty, consistency, and a basic level of respect — none of which I received here. I would strongly caution anyone considering this State Farm office to rethink doing business with them."

"Josh contacted me that my car insurance cost was going to be less & he wanted to talk to me about considering life insurance in addition to my other policies. He was courteous, informative & not pushy about getting the more expensive option available. He understood living on a budget & not wanting to go above my means, & he recommended an affordable option for my needs. The process was easy & initiated within a few hours of my call.
