"We were looking for cheaper auto insurance and Joshua from State Farm reached out with a quote. We discussed the cost and what our benefits would be. For two vehicles, full coverage, roadside assistance, car rental for repairs, and renters insurance, we got more and paid less than with our previous auto insurance.
Joshua took time to go over every detail of the policy to make sure we understood it before we signed anything.
There was a small mix-up with a date and Joshua called as soon as it was discovered and emailed the documents immediately to be signed to correct the mistake. Everything was completed and the new insurance was in place with in just a few days.
