Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a District Manager for Verizon Wireless, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency.I hold a B.A. and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Corporate Finance. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. I’m also a business owner and proud dog mom to three miniature dachshunds. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
